Imprinting:
Prices include one color silk-screen imprint
on barrel with up to 5 lines of straight line copy.

Laser Engraving:
Prices include up to two lines of engraved
straight line copy on barrel or cap.

Add $50.00 (g) for Custom Logos
Add $ 0.50 (c) for Second Location
Add $ 0.50 (c) for Personalization

Engraving Styles available:
Helvetica
Times New Roman
Edwardian Script
Arial Italic
Most other styles are available.


Artwork:
Custom logos or art should be supplied as
"camera ready" black & white along with
purchase order.

Camera ready art is sharp in detail, not folded, wrinkled or stapled. Photocopies, business cards, letter head are not suitable for reproduction.

Halftone artwork can not be used.


Digital Artwork:
PC based art is accepted using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop in the following formats: ai, eps

E-mail artwork to graphics@mercurypen.com
and include customer name, purchase order #
and file name in the subject line.

Please fax a copy of the digital artwork along with purchase order.


Products and Logos:
All products & logos shown in this catalog appear
only for illustration purposes and are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by or produced for the owners of the artwork.
 

Production Charges:

$25 (g) less than minimum charge.  Lowest minimum is half catalog minimum.

Send changes & cancellations in writing via fax.  These orders are subject to a $20 charge, plus the cost of all billable work done up to the time of cancellation.

Maximum effort is made to ship exact quantities, however, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under and bill accordingly.
For exact quantity: Add $ 20 (g).

Repeat Orders:
To assure exact duplication - please provide previous: invoice #, PO # and date of last order.

Production Time:
The normal production time is 10 working days.
Rush service is available - please contact the factory.

Proofs:
Fax proof - No Charge
Merchandise proof - Add $25 (g)
Written approval on pre-production proof must be faxed for factory to proceed.

Shipping:
Orders shipped F.O.B. factory, NY or FOB factory, CA.

All orders shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested (please advise carrier & provide your account #).

Requested shipping dates should allow transit time from factory to destination.

Failure to provide accurate shipping addresses may cause delays and will be subject to a $5 (x) correction charge.
COD shipments $10.00 (g) per carton plus freight.
Insurance & handling added to all shipments
Split shipments: $6.00 (x) per destination plus freight.

Samples:
Samples are provided free of charge up to a value of $3.00 (x).
Samples are sent via First Class Mail. We will send samples via
UPS or Fed Ex if we are authorized to use your shipper account #.

Returns:
Absolutely no merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization from the factory.
Authorized returns must be made within 30 days from the
time the order was received. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and be in unused condition.

Terms:
Net 30 days to approved firms, otherwise, cash in advance, with order, or COD (certified check or money order) and add $10.00 (g) per carton.
